Wood Composite Technologies Inc. is a Nisku,
Alberta based junior industrial company focused on the development,
manufacturing and sale of alternative wood composite building materials.
The Corporation developed and patented a process that enabled it to
design a product used in the residential and light commercial decking
and dock industry. The product offers the workability of wood without
the maintenance requirements of wood and is manufactured under a patented
process for both Canada and the United States.
This unique process combines wood flour (from sawdust waste) and
either recycled regrind or virgin polyvinyl chloride ("PVC")
to produce a premium composite decking product marketed under the
name of “Millennium Decking” by Millennium Decking Inc.,
a subsidiary of the corporation. Millennium Decking is distributed
through a wholesale distribution network that sells the product
to independent retail building suppliers, lumberyards and specialty
contractors that market the product as a premium decking system
for residential and light commercial applications.
Wood Composite Technologies Inc. intends to continue to develop
innovative environmentally responsible products for consumers and
be a leader in the plastics composite industry.
